Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing or using the website at breaconcretecompany.com (the "Site"), submitting a contact form, requesting an estimate, or entering into a service agreement with Advanced Brea Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or engage our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Advanced Brea Concrete. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Advanced Brea Concrete provides concrete contracting services to residential and commercial customers in Brea, CA and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to:
The Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate project inquiries. No services are ordered or contracted through the Site alone. All service agreements are confirmed in separate written contracts between Advanced Brea Concrete and the customer.
Estimates provided by Advanced Brea Concrete are based on information available at the time of the estimate visit. Estimates are not binding contracts. Final pricing is set forth in a written project agreement signed by both parties before work begins.
Estimates may be revised if site conditions differ materially from what was visible during the initial assessment, if the scope of work changes at the customer's request, or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project. Any change in price will be communicated in writing before additional work is performed.
We do not charge for on-site estimate visits. Estimates are provided at no obligation to the customer.
Project start dates are scheduled after a written agreement is signed and any required deposit is received. We make every effort to begin work on the agreed date, but start dates may shift due to weather, permit delays, supply availability, or circumstances outside our control. We will notify customers of schedule changes promptly.
Customers who need to cancel or reschedule a project must notify us in writing at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled start date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start date may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid to cover preparation costs already incurred.
Advanced Brea Concrete reserves the right to postpone or cancel work due to unsafe weather conditions, including extreme heat, rain, or other conditions that would compromise the quality of the concrete work. We will reschedule at the earliest practical date at no additional charge to the customer.
Payment terms are specified in the written project agreement. Typical terms include a deposit due at signing and a final balance due upon project completion. Specific payment schedules for larger projects will be outlined in the agreement.
Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of agreement. Payment is due on the date specified in the agreement. Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee as stated in the project agreement.
Advanced Brea Concrete reserves the right to suspend or halt work on any project where payment obligations are not met according to the agreed schedule.
Where required by the City of Brea or other local authorities, Advanced Brea Concrete will obtain the necessary permits before work begins. Permit fees are typically included in the project estimate or itemized separately. The customer is responsible for ensuring that any homeowners association (HOA) approvals required for the project are obtained before the work start date. Advanced Brea Concrete can assist with HOA submission materials upon request but is not responsible for HOA approval decisions or delays.
Advanced Brea Concrete stands behind the quality of its work. Details of any workmanship warranty are specified in the written project agreement. Warranties cover defects in workmanship under normal use and maintenance conditions. Warranty coverage does not apply to:
Concrete is a natural material and surface variations, minor color differences, and control joint cracking are normal characteristics, not defects.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a service agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you under that agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you in full.
